Polyester Quilting Serger

If you're like me, do not spend much time thinking over. Yes, we are in the display cable long enough to choose a set with decent color, but this point, we have the equipment on hand and what we want to do is go home and start putting this thing together! Sewing machines with knitted fabrics, however, requires at least one minute of thought from the wrong thread may give less fabulous results.as               Â
Synthetic fiber yarn is the yarn of choice for knitting, because its strength. Synthetic fibers also offer installment, a provision that required the fabric that is sewn on the need to stretch, too. You want a polyester or cotton wrapped polyester son, but what kind will depend on weight of the fabric used.
Through heavy fabrics, wire All-purpose driver is perfect if you work with light fabrics, go to the surcharge. For serging, it is likely that the use cones son again polyester or cotton wrapped. Cones Also available is a great alternative called nylon is a kind of soft wool (which is the only way to describe it) and makes it wonderfully comfortable soft seams with heavy Mediumweight knit.
Because these items have stretch in them, you can not go crazy when the clearance rate of its coil. In fact, go a little slower than normal though but the son of fashion can be stretched as winds and the result is wrinkled. If there is a good way to disappoint a seamstress with a vision, some ugly seams will be folded (yes, I see it as an attempt to resolve your own ... no good, they are still wrinkled).
As for the color of your thread, you probably already know to give a tint darker than your fabric, no lighter, unless you want to see the thread of his play. On the other hand, if you do not want to buy 3,4 or 5 rolls a specific color (sergers do that to a girl) wire is gray great all 'round use. A couple of shades of gray in his box Sewing make a wonderful go straight when you do not worry about picking an exact match or if the project does not require that everything be "tan" (or as they say in the business ... just sewing).
