Looking for a model of primitive quilt called "Stars of the entire country," someone knows where to find it?

This is for my husband's aunt and he told me he was a star quilt block in the center of each block and there is an odd shaped part (perhaps muslin) behind each star. I'm not really sure quilt is called a primitive, but it is really a "rustic" country quilt.
